Mike,

I'll send you his name privately if you like. Judging from his recent
performances he was at least 100 points under-rated anyway, so I'm happy he
got the boost he got.

I'm 100% positive none of his opps or mine were unrated or provisionally
rated. I looked up all of my opponents and know all of his.

Shouldn't the bonus for a tournament be some function of (PR minus actual
rating) x # of games? That makes sense to me. In other words, your bonus for
having a +450 PR over 5 games should be higher than for a +400 PR over 3
games. Otherwise you're rewarding .... you know what I'm going to say.
