Please don't give us the ID of the other player, so we can't look him up!

I assume you are putting in the actual pre-event ratings for everyone
(including you) as opposed to whatever their published rating was at the
time of the event. And those pre-event ratings can change due to rerating.
(There was a rerate on Thursday, March 31st.)

Were any of the players that either of you faced unrated or provisionally
rated? If so the ratings calculator will not do as good a job of estimating
the post-event ratings, since for unrated or provisionally rated players
a different formula is used.

I haven't checked with George John on this, but I assume the ratings
calculator knows to add in the bonus factor for a quad. (I'm not sure
when the formula was changed so that the bonus factor applies to quads.)
