Not true.The opposite was the case. Cavallo had spent virtually no
money. The board suggested at a meeting I attended that Cavallo search
for a volunteer to do the work. I recall that Hans Poschmann in fact
volunteered. It was only after the new board took office in August
1999 and demanded a computer upgrade within one month that Cavallo
started spending money on this.
Go look at the budget for those years and you will see no money
allocated for the computer upgrade.
