Our TD is pretty reliable in this regard. If he says nobody returned his
calls then nobody did.

When it *is* USCF, I think that's entirely appropriate.

I hope you're not referring to me. I went to the USCF website and could not
find the right person, so I asked RGCP posters if they knew who he, she, or
it was.
