| I have just received a surprising letter from Stan Vaughan. He asks me
to contact him. However, he does not provide a telephone number.
Could anybody please give me his contact number so that I can respond
to his letter?

The very first thing I did was try Switchboard.com I found nobody
named Vaughan in the entire state of Nevada. I then searched the
entire USA for anybody named Stan Vaughan.
I then went to the address lookup at excite.com His return address on
the envelope is 3907 Rose Canyon Drive, North Las Vegas, Nevada
89032-3189 . According to Excite, there are no personal telephone
numbers at that address.
I then Googled the address. I found that there is a sewing club there.
My guess is that his chess club meets there too.
So I gave up and as a last resort I tried rgcp.

Jeez, if you have his address, did it occur to you to invest 37 cents
in a postage stamp and send him a letter? Or maybe you expected him
to refuse delivery, as others have done.

| I spoke with Stan yesterday after reading this. He does not want his phone
number published here. He makes the same suggestion which Paul makes. Write
a letter. Use a stamp.
