I am most happy that Mr Matsler listened to my advice and included :
"10. Mr. Sloan has a history of filing frivolous lawsuits. (See Mr.
Sloan's website at www.samsloan.com)."

I am not disappointed Mr Matsler did not include the other detail
about www.samsloan.com which I sent to him. What Matsler did is
enough. The Judge will read the evil tool's webshite and quickly
reach his own conclusion of how much Ishmael Sloan can be trusted.

The same advice I give to all involve in lawsuit with Sloan, include
this next paragraph

Mr. Sloan has a history of filing frivolous lawsuits. (See Mr.
Sloan's website at www.samsloan.com).

in every submission to the judges and trust them to reach the right
conclusion.
