Randy Bauer said:

"That said, Stan is free to speak his mind on these newsgroups and is
no
different than anybody else. At least he puts his USCF dues money
where his
mouth is, which is quite a bit different than others who post nearly as

often (or at least are much more wordy). I have NEVER, EVER seen Stan
post
in a way that suggests he is speaking for the executive board. Stan
speaks
for Stan, and he has the "give em hell, Harry" approach of Harry
Truman.
It's a free country.'

If the above is what you truly believe Randy, explain how this equates
to your vote on recent Board Motion EB 05-33?

To help here is a copy of that motion:

EB 05-33 (Hanke): The EB will send a letter to the CO-chair of the
Finance Committee Stan Booz asking him to cease and desist from
personal attacks on the Internet. PASSED 5 -2. In favor: Bauer, Brady,
Schultz; Opposed: Shaughnessy; Abstaining: Marinello, Shutt and Hanke.

Reconcile this with what you just said on the Internet - the
"NEVER-NEVER-GIVE-EM-HELL, HARRY" free country statement ?

But then, only minutes later, you apparently had second
thoughts, so you made motion EB 05-34. Here is that motion:

EB 05-34 (Bauer) Moved to reconsiderEB 05-33. PASSED 5-2. In Favor:
Marinello, Shutt, Hanke, Bauer and Shaughnessy. Opposed: Brady and
Schultz.

Had you changed your mind?

Well no, you voted the same way on EB 05-33 as you did the first time.
Twice you voted to officially request by letter that Stan cease and
desist from personal attacks on the Internet.
Here it is the second time:

EB 05-33 Reconsidered: The EB will send a letter to the CO-chair of the
Finance Committee Stan Booz asking him to cease and desist from
personal attacks on the Internet. Failed 3-3-1 In Favor: Schultz, Brady
and Bauer; Opposed: Marinello, Hanke and Shaughnessy; Abstaining:
Shutt.

Methinks your voting record here is inconsistent with your
Never-Never-Give-Em-Hell-Harry posting above.

I'm interested to see how you spin this away but your pretty good at
this so we shall see.
