have contacted the TD and let him know that there is an issue with his
tournaments.
Again, this is a December event which should have been rated months
ago. Someone apparently has dropped the ball, either the USCF or the
TD. Of course, the players in the event will always hear that it was
the USCF.
I much rather have people go through proper channels than posting to
this newsgroup or others to get issues resolved. While Walter might not
be the ultimate person to contact, he should be able to help.
