Those V-1s were very unreliable fortunately for us British people. They
got London and Coventry but much elsewhere was left undamaged. Hermann
Goering said that the Peenemunde developements of these weapons had
helped alter the course of the war as had he the aircrafts rather then
these expensive fireworks as he viewed them he felt that the Luftwaffe
would have put up a far better show against our allied airforces.
