This is the fourth time that Booz has written this. He says "we know this
for sure." "We" do NOT. We have only Booz's repeated unsubstantiated
assertion.

If I had no commitment to the truth and no obligation to avoid
unsubstantiated rumors about the ICC, I could just as easily repeatedly
declare that Booz cost us a lucrative contract with the ICC.

Well gee, why not ask Don. You see, we were on the verge of an agreement to
get a percentage for signing up members to ICC. Before the agreement was
finalized, Bill started collecting membership fees to ICC. It probably
wouldn't have been a problem except that he never turned over the money to
ICC. People complained to ICC. Bill had some excuse or another but it is
hard to accept excuses from the guy in charge. He should of made damn sure
that ICC was promptly notified and paid. Anyway, the agreement died on the
vine. And you wonder why I think Bill has been ruining Beatriz's
administration?
