I still think it is important to consider when he decided to do this
Bruce. The MSA came on line in early 2003. In December of 2002, Kevin
still considered himself to have a 2200 floor. Did Kevin voluntarily
surrender his title and floor because he knew it was the right thing to
do? Or did he surrender his title and floor because he knew that
others would be able to see that he got it as a result of large numbers
of games with his students?
