Jerry,

The reason I am in this forum is that these are the kind of answers
that Kevin gave me when I tried to deal with this by e-mail.

I think it was obvious in early 2000 that neither Kevin's rating nor
his son's rating had been corrected. Nevertheless, he was still
proclaiming himself to be a life master in May of 2001 and he did not
manage to get the tournaments expunged until 2004.
