Jerry,
I'm sorry if this is brief, I am traveling.
I have offered to Vince and to others to have a discussion within an
appropriate forum. The Internet is not an appropriate place for such a
discussion. For example, one would not have a personnel discussion on the
Internet. Additionally, various responsibilities and agreements make this
an inappropriate forum.
With respect to your second point, once I became aware of the continuing
issue, steps were taken that led to the type of corrections you suggest for
all the players impacted, including myself.
As I have noted previously, I am sorry this happened. There are aspects in
which I was foolish; there are perhaps aspects that I could have handled
better. I apologize profusely for any errors I made or lapses in judgement,
and accept full accountability.
I have long been a proponent of something like MSA. I wish that we had been
able to accomplish it much earlier; MSA should prevent such events in the
future.
Jerry, we have certainly had our disagreements. I thank you for a
reasonable response.
Kevin
