There were 22 events from 1999 and 1 event from 2002 that were removed
from the USCF's internal records and MSA.

According to my records they were deleted on Feb 6, 2004.

The instructions to delete those events actually came from Bill Goichberg,
but I think he was following up on the work that Grant had done a few
months earlier when Grant was in the USCF office.

Some adjustments were made to the players involved (and some of those were
subsequently reversed), but for the most part since the events were deleted
something like four years after they occurred any active players would
probably have had their ratings change enough to dampen out the impact
of those events.
