I like to think that I care about the integrity of the game and the
integrity of the ratings system Bill. The father who brought this to
my attention could not find anyone at the ICA who was interested in
looking at the situation. The people I have spoken with seem to shrug
their shoulders and say "That's just Kevin." So when someone actually
expresses an interest in knowing what is going on, I am happy to give
chapter and verse.
