After several bounces back to the United States Supreme Court, my
petition for a writ of certiorari in Sloan vs. Graham and the
Republican Party of New York has finally been docketed as case number
04-7857

The opponents, Theodore Alatsas and the New York City Board of
Elections, have until January 31, 2005 to file their responses.
