It has been what a month? Should not the Judge
be back from vacation and have made a ruling on the
papers submitted by now?

Essentially he already made a ruling: He said he doesn't want to see
Sam Sloan ever again. - Almost certainly what will happen is that the
USCF is told to please file the correct forms with the attorney
general, or wherever.

As usual you are writing untruth. What a pity : you are involved in your
private crusade against Sam.

Gee Sam, Duncan used to support you. I wonder why he changed sides? Could it
be that your luster is fading? Your handsome, winsome ways departing?

Oh but, you never post under pseudonyms, do you?

Hi Duncan!!

I do not see Duncan posting here. Who are you claiming to be Duncan?

Why have not you posted under Jane Adams lately?

The problem with Tom is that he doesn`t wear his glasses that were
prescribed for him by a doctor. So he doesn`t recognize people here :-)

BTW Another obstacle for him to recognize people is his topposting :-)

Symbolism over substance.

Top posting is a good way to avoid having to read the same junk over and
over again.

A good newsreader lets you read each message in a thread in the proper
order. So, as we traverse (with a proper newsreader) the posts, top posting
saves time.

Although I promised not to answer to your TOP-posts I`ll make an exception
this time.

Apparently you are an old man who is stubborn as a donkey and has already no
energy to trim unnecessary quotations. Learn some basic rules of a polite

I admit that you have your business as a USCF official to have your crusade
against Sam. But in the case of Juergen I can see no motif, method or
occasion :-)

Again, in his defence of Sam Sloan, without citing any
evidence Jerzy Ciruk has accused someone else of lying.

Jerzy Ciruk seems determined to catch up to the
'moral standards' of his evident hero, Sam Sloan.

Again anonymous "Nick" is attacking people with real names by snipping
essential quotations and without any proof :-)

I prefer moral standards of the real person like Sam Sloan to immoral
standards of anonymous and cowardly "Nick"

As usual my kind regards to the pathological insulter "Nick" :-)

While it's true that Jerzy Ciruk and Sam Sloan seem to have much
in common as deeply dishonest writers in the chess newsgroups,
it might be easier for Jerzy Ciruk to make a contribution to
Sam Sloan's legal expenses fund.

Juergen, I have to say that Jerzy Ciruk is *not* a pseudonym
for Sam Sloan (as you once may have assumed). But Jerzy Ciruk
admires Sam Sloan's 'moral standards' (to quote Jerzy Ciruk),
which seem comparable to Jerzy Ciruk's own 'moral standards'
(or his appalling lack of them).

Any minimally sensible reader here should be able to tell that
what Jerzy Ciruk writes about you or me is as worthless as
what Sam Sloan writes here about many people.

Contrary to another lie by Jerzy Ciruk, what Juergen R
wrote was hardly 'essential' to Jerzy Ciruk's unsupported
accusation that 'as usual you (Juergen) are writing untruth'.

In any event, what Juergen just wrote may be easily read
in its entirety by anyone following this thread.

I do *not* need to reiterate the evidence here that Sam Sloan
has written many lies about other people and that Jerzy Ciruk
has often supported Sam Sloan's lies by personally attacking
those writers who have cited the evidence of those lies.
quote:

>

Yes, Jerzy Ciruk's admiration of Sam Sloan's 'moral standards'
has become well-known and regarded with deep disdain by
writers here as diverse as Randy Bauer and Juergen R.,
Jerome Bibuld and Matt Nemmers, Stan Booz and Beatriz Marinello.

I expect that Jerzy Ciruk will continue lying and lying,
following the 'moral standards' of his hero, Sam Sloan,
but I also expect that no one except the most gullible
readers could be fooled by Sam Sloan or by Jerzy Ciruk.

I admire that you are so active in advertising my name. My name is Ciruk,
Jerzy Ciruk :-)

As far as my moral standards are concerned I can say that you should point
out what crimes I have committed. The same is applicable to Sam Sloan`s
crimes :-)

As far as your moral standards are concerned I can say that you spread
untruth about Jews i.e. you spread racial hatred and that is a serious
crime.

As usual my kind regards to the anonymous coward "Nick"
