The ratings listed below are from ICC.

I don't see this as high. In a system where 3000 is the top, 1500 to 1600
sounds just about normal to me.

For information on ratings systems in general, you should take a look at Dr
Mark Glickman's website. His Glicko I is what FICS ratings system is based
on. I'm not sure what the ICC formula is.
