While my own copy is buried deep in storage, I remembered seeing
another copy in a used bookstore downtown. I browsed it this
afternoon. It was a reprint (1995) and had nothing to indicate date
of first publication, whether or not it was translated, etc. Maybe
the publiisher didn't want it to become "dated". Intro by W.H. Watts.
