The option that helps me as much as it hurts me is "smart move". If you
click on a piece, and that piece has only one move, then the software
will automatically play that for you. It's a great time saver when you
really have only one option of moving that piece, but I have lost more
than one game where I was still thinking about what to do, and happened
to click on the wrong piece, and if there was only one move for that
piece, it did it.

Sometimes I think about disabling smart move, but then it's great when
you are short on time and are pushing pawns, etc.
