My blitz rating is a tad over 2000, my standard ICC rating is 1569, and my
USCF is 1865. Does that mean I'm using a computer during my 3-0 and OTB
games?

On ICC blitz prowess depends a good deal on mousing. Good mousing is easily
worth 100-200 points. I've lost thousands of games when up by say 20 seconds
to 5, even up huge material, where my opponent was simply better at
shuffling the pieces around. No excuses here, it's part of the game. I also
lose probably 1 game in 20 due to mismousing, picking up a piece and
dropping it on what I think is the original square but isn't.

So you see, Haasie, if you're an expert in real life or even in slow ICC
play, but are bad with the mouse you can easily have a 1700 or lower blitz
rating.
