Don't be too sure.

The imprimatur of the USCF, the recognized official Chess organization of
the United States, carries a deadly weight indeed. Ask Stan Vaughan. He'll
tell you exactly how it works. You helped many of the people now disgusted
with you, to destroy him with it.

I am not for this. Don't make another tragic mistake USCF.
