This is an incredibly bad idea by the insiders.
Does this mean they would get to voice their opinion in the form of a statement
published in Chess Life?

If they want to make a resolution, no one will pay any attention any way. If
they want to publish this attack resolution in Chess Life, once more they will
be abusing their positions.
Better they should publish their hidden contracts.
