Contrary to another of Wlodzimierz Holsztynski's
many *lies* about me, I *never* have used the handle
'Nick Bourbaki' when writing any posts in the chess

and that's what I have called myself in my posts.
'Bourbaki' has been a part of my E-mail address, and
so some writers have used that in referring to me.
I do *not* expect Mr Holsztynski to be able to cite
any evidence of a real post of mine in which I wrote
under the handle of 'Nick Bourbaki' or called myself
'Nick Bourbaki' in that post *because no such evidence
exists*.
Of course, I also do *not* expect that an absence
of evidence will stop Mr Holsztynski from reiterating
his *lies* in order to attack me personally.
For the record, Wlodzimierz Holsztynski *changed the
text* of what he has 'quoted' next from my post:

That's another self-evident 'proof by assertion' by
Wlodzimierz Holsztynski, again made without citing any
evidence. (First, can he even cite any evidence that
I have written under the handle of 'Nick Bourbaki'?)
Given my family background, it's ludicrous for
Mr Holsztynski to attempt to portray me as a
Nazi sympathiser, not that I would expect a
reasoned statement to stop Mr Holsztynski.
In the past, Wlodzimierz Holsztynski sometimes has
claimed to respect Simon ('chapman billy') as a writer
in the chess newsgroups. As I recall, Simon has asked
Mr Holsztynski on more than one occasion to treat me
with respect (I can cite the evidence of those posts
if required) but Mr Holsztynski always has refused
to listen to Simon and continued his abuses of me.
Simon, if I may say so, evidently has always been
attentive to any signs of anti-Semitism among any
writers (such as Rolf Tueschen, whom Simon, I, and
some other writers here have denounced) in the chess
newsgroups. Although Simon and I may still have
some differences on some issues, he and I have come
to respect each other's knowledge of history and
usual honesty as writers here.
Of course, if I were anything close to being the evil
anti-Semite of Wlodzimierz Holsztynski's hysterical
imagination, then I doubt that Simon and I would
be on such cordial terms. My Jewish friends in
real life would laugh at Mr Holsztynski's ludicrous
fantasies about me, and most of them would disapprove
of Mr Holsztynski's attempts (in his other posts) to
propagate his racist stereotypes of all Palestinians.
Here's what Wlodzimierz Holsztynski has written about me:
"So I am virtually spitting in his (Nick's) face.
It is as good as for real, and even better.
I don't need any violence. Spitting virtually in
his (Nick's) cowardish face is good enough."

I note Mr Holsztynski's pro forma legal disclaimer
with disdain. If Wlodzimierz Holsztynski should
ever attempt to enact his apparently cherished fantasy
of violence against me in real life, then he will
