I see. So the new plan is that Beatriz will continue as President and
will now become the Chief Operating Officer. She will receive no
salary, only expenses, and you feel that that creates a loophole which
enables her to hold the two positions at the same time. Also, she will
only work in the office two days a week, which will leave her with
three days a week for her kidney treatments.

Is that really your plan and are you sure that that is legal?
