It has been explored over and over again. It will not work.

A friend of mine just had her corporation approved as a 501c3. She
says that it was a tremendous amount of work and took months. The IRS
had to examine her business plan and her by-laws in detail.

She had a fresh new corporation. If the USCF with its history tried to
do this, not only would we not make 501c3, but we might even lose our
501c4 status.
