My only concern about Crossville is that I would prefer USCF to rent/lease
rather than build regardless of the location. I don't think that physical
location makes all that much difference in today's e-world.

Best Wishes Tim! You've done a nice job at USCF and made the hard calls that
the previous EB's would not until the boat was almost sunk.

I had a career change two years ago and it has turned out well for me.
