I never said they weren't entitled to...I just don't know why you think they
are obligated to toss it to a bunch of ne'er-do-wells and nitpickers. How
will doing such enhance the mission? What organization routinely displays
contracts on their web site? Where is the precedent for this?

You better recalculate your adding machine. What Wick says does not add up
to baseless.
