Exactly Larry. That`s the point here. I must say it`s funny for me to
observe a USCF official using such a bad language. However I know several
cases in which such officials (from chess federations) did transfer public
money into their private pockets.
Thus IMHO Sam Sloan is doing a good job demanding an explanation from USCF
officials how they want to spend public money.
