| Tom, I used to think you had a case about Nevada issues with USCF and
nothing I read allayed my suspicions of how things seemed to be, and never
closed my mind to it, nomatter all the flak that came your way, in fact,
because of it[!] and wished that it could one day see the light of day.
I see recently that you choose to write unspecifically that Sam's
initiaitive is of no worth to you, and the normal rhetorical stuff here
which would dismiss this particular instance of USCF's move to Corssville
because of a generality you make about Sam's behavior.
It is not even possible for me to determine if what Sam Sloan says on a
general or some specific basis is true or untrue, but Sam Sloan is not the
main subject of my interest in this subject, and I therefore ask you, indeed
I challenge you, mindful of your ownr won experiences with USCF, to answer
the following questions:
(a) do you sense that Sam wishes for there to be an open debate about USCF's
future, and the only resort available to him to achieve this is by the
curent law-suit? and
(b) do you also wish there to be a real dialogue?
Cordially, Phil Innes
