Author Sloan drops his lawsuit?

I've read that Sam Sloan hasn't served the defendents in Sloan v.
Marinello, as required. There's a rumor going around that he's
dropping his lawsuit owing to the logistical burdens.

It is an old USCF tradition not to pursue pro se lawsuits.
