XIEXIE E-Mails Returned Undeliverable!

| I went to the "Contact" section of the XieXie web site. I sent emails
to the inquiry and sales email addresses. Both emails were returned
undeliverable!
Even though their web site is still up, it appears the company is
closed for business and has shut down it's email accounts.
Does anyone have an email address for Pascal Tang?
I understand he is one of the programmers who helped write XieXie and
has responded to e-mails in the past.
I would like to find out what is going on with the company because I'm
interested in obtaining their Chinese Chess program XieXie.
Thanks.
Timothy

| I tried sending email to the email address that is used for paypal when
you click on the "Buy it" buttons on their website. The email did not
bounce, but I did not receive a response either.
Someone capable and interested might try reading the chinese language
forums linked from their site. I hope that this is just a temporary
communications problem.
Regards,
Keith

| Hi Keith,
Thanks for responding to my posts.
Turns out the XieXie email addresses are OK. The problem was caused by
the e-mail SPAM filters they use according to Mr. Pascal Tang. Unless
"XieXie" is the first word in the subject line, I suspect the filters
reject one's emails.
I used "XieXieMaster" as the subject line and my e-mail got delivered
whereas my first emails with "Buying XieXie" (or something to that
effect) did not get through.
On Friday, after getting a response from Mr. Tang, I went ahead and
successfully purchased XieXie via PayPal.
I have had only a few minutes to play with XieXie and examine it's
features. My impression is that Mr. Pascal Tang, Mr. Eugenio Castillo,
and Mr Vinh-Tuong huynh put a great deal of time and effort into making
XieXie. I like XieXie :-)
Sincerely,
Timothy
