| After the World Xiangqi Championships in Paris, what
next (in UK)? Well, thanks to the kind sponsorship of
The Great Wall Chinese Restaurant (Peking, Cantonese
& Szechuan Cuisine), co-organized by UK Chinese Chess
Association, players are welcome to participate in
this competition, to be held on Sunday 2nd October 2005
at the venue 90 Tooley Street, London SE1 2TH, about
three minutes' walk from London Bridge Station.
Five round Swiss system, rate of play 45 minutes per
player per game, starting around 10.00am and expected
to finish 20.00pm. Lunchtime with Erhu music and recital
performance to create an atmosphere of fun. Friendship
in competitive training is the main theme. Trophies &
prizes fund of more than =A3300. Entry fee =A310, entries by
