Hi,

Check out the WXF website at http://wxf.hypermart.net/eg/

Follow the links in the upper right corner for books and you can download
some books in PDF format. They're good quality, though the English is
frequently shakey.

You can learn to play Xiangqi at www.itsyourturn.com and other websites.
www.clubxiangqi.com is another.
