Who are "they", the ones you perceive as persecuting you?

So then, in addition to a persecution complex, you also see yourself
as all-powerful?

All right; you can have it.

Ah, so Alzheimer's is not out of the question as one possible
explanation for these episodes.

Hmm. That's quite possible, since the USCF is of no real
importance.

So you see yourself as disliked by everyone? Disliked, and
persecuted. Interesting. Tell me, Mr. Sloan: did you hate your
father? And did you feel ignored or neglected as a young child?
I say young child because it is apparent that you really are still
just a child, desperately seeking attention, recognition, despite
your age. And this applies whether you are the real Sam Sloan
or just a pretender, an impostor.
From what little I know of the workings at the USCF, you, the
real Sam Sloan, ought to fit right in. After all, the function of
its officers is to fight amongst themselves, to bicker and
backbite one another. If anything, you, I mean the real Sam
Sloan, ought to be promoted to chief, president, boss -- whatever.
At least, that's how it would work in a meritocracy. :>D
