| Thank you for your suggestions, that did not work for me. Any other help
would be appreciated...I'm getting more and more frustrated with my inability
to access the zone. It's become more of a principle than a necessity. I also
get the "Red X image displayed where the applet should be, applets won't run
- on the install page. I have the updated Java.
