| Thank you Elmo for your suggestions. I have tried them twice and still no
success. It was suggested to me today at work that perhaps byinstalling my XP
Home Edition over my existing Windows 98 has somehow caused a conflict. Could
this be?? I would hate to think I have to format my computer over this
problem.
Do you have any other suggestions for me to try.
