After you apply SP1 or later, the Add/Remove option for IE is removed
from Control Panel, Add/ Remove Programs. Unfortunately the "Repair"
tool goes with it. Here are a few articles on reinstalling IE:
Click Start, Run, type
rundll32 setupwbv.dll,IE6Maintenance
(Case sensitive, so copy/paste the above) and select the appropriate
entry.
