A couple of things to try:
Click Start, Run, type the following commands, click OK after each is
entered.
1) regsvr32 softpub.dll
2) regsvr32 wintrust.dll
3) regsvr32 initpki.dll
4) regsvr32 dssenh.dll
5) regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
6) regsvr32 sccbase.dll
7) regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
8) regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll
Restart the computer.

Add zone.msn.com, passport.com, passport.net, microsoft.com, msn.com to
trusted sites in IE. Then set the permissions to allow unsigned ActiveX
to run only for trusted sites.
