| Deleting zone does an incomplete delete job. You also
have to go to internet options - temp internet files -
settings - view objects - and delete heartbeatctl file and
zintro file. * note: a corrupted file will show as a
string of charecters, delete this file also. Now try to
reload zone program. I have had friends who have had to
turn off firewall, turn off anti-virus, and set internet
security settings to low, just to download zone,
especially after windows xp latest and greatest update.
Good luck, I know how frustrating it is. Been there.
