Can't access spades

| Ican't play spades or other games Because windows is havig troble with a file
zintro.cab34246.cab. Tried to delete zone and reinstall but won't completely
uninstall.Any help would be appreciated

Search for, and delete the file zintro.cab34246.cab wherever it exists.
Then open Internet Properties, General tab, click the Settings button,
"View Objects" button, right-click Zintro, click Update, try the Zone
again. If that doesn't help, go in again, right-click Zintro, click
Remove, try the Zone again.
