| ive been playing on msn game zone for years now. 3 days
ago i tried to log on to the zone but kept getting the
yellow bar at the top telling me to download the active x
controls. i do this but keep going around in circles.
i know this is rather vague but has anyone any ideas how
i can get back on the zone to play spades..a desperate

Open Internet Properties, General tab, Settings button, View Objects
button. If HeartbeatCtrl, or ZoneIntro Class is listed as Damaged,
right-click, click Update to repair the ActiveX component. If that
doesn't help, just delete the damaged file and reenter the Zone for a
fresh copy.
