Before doing the following I would try to remove, then install the Zone
in Add/Remove Programs. Click the Windows Components tab in Add/Remove
Programs section, and uncheck "Windows Internet Games" in the Games
section.

No luck? Click Start, Search, Files or Folders, do a search for "zone"
and choose to look in hidden folders, at system files, etc. If the Zone
truly is not found anywhere on your hard drives, you might run Regedit,
search for and delete any "folder" in the left pane that mentions the
MSN Gaming Zone.

Then try a fresh install. Know that editing the registry can prevent
the system from rebooting. In that case, you'd have to press F8 on a
fresh reboot, enter Safe Mode, and use System Restore to back up to a
Restore point before the registry edit.

Some systems offer a Restore system option, by pressing F10 when
prompted, if I remember correctly, but that would be a drastic restore
to the original system configuration, thus losing all new software,
updates, etc..

So the bottom line is: Make sure you only delete references to the MSN
Gaming Zone.
