- C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files folder? (If your Folder options
are set to hide system files and folders, this could be the reason you
can't see them.)
Got the folder. See objects in folder listed below...

- C:\Windows\Downlo~1\Conflict.001 or similar folder? (In a DOS
window.) Open CMD to look for the folders.. Type:

CD C:\Windows\Downlo~1 (Press Enter key.)

DIR (Press Enter key.)
Deleted the conflict folders and files. Deleted references to them in the
registry using regedit.

- Zone.zat or other Zone files. (Was it you who mentioned you moved the
Zone folder to another folder or drive?)
Don't have them. It wasn't me who mentioned moving the folder...

- HeartbeatCtl Class in the ActiveX Components? (Add zone.msn.com,
passport.com, passport.net, microsoft.com, and msn.com to trusted sites
in IE. Then set the permissions to allow unsigned activex to run only
for trusted sites.)
The sites are set up in the Trusted Sites. HeartbeatCtl Class is in the
ActiveX components (I think) based on the listing below.

- ZoneIntro Class in the ActiveX Components?
No.

- What components do exist in the Internet Properties, Settings, View
Objects section?
{9F1C11AA-197B-4942-BA54-47A8489BB47F}
{30528230-99F7-4BB4-88D8-FA1D4F56A2AB}
{0335A685-ED24-4F7B-A08E-3BD15D84E668}
Heartbeatctl Class
msnmessengersetupdownloadcontrol class
Quicktime Object
shock wave activeX control
shockwave flash object
Update class
YinstStarter Class

Are there specific files I should be looking for in the registry to delete?
Any other possibilities?

Thanks so much for your help!
