Which of these don't exist:
- C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files folder? (If your Folder options
are set to hide system files and folders, this could be the reason you
can't see them.)
- C:\Windows\Downlo~1\Conflict.001 or similar folder? (In a DOS
window.) Open CMD to look for the folders.. Type:
CD C:\Windows\Downlo~1 (Press Enter key.)
DIR (Press Enter key.)
- Zone.zat or other Zone files. (Was it you who mentioned you moved the
Zone folder to another folder or drive?)
- HeartbeatCtl Class in the ActiveX Components? (Add zone.msn.com,
passport.com, passport.net, microsoft.com, and msn.com to trusted sites
in IE. Then set the permissions to allow unsigned activex to run only
for trusted sites.)
- ZoneIntro Class in the ActiveX Components?
- What components do exist in the Internet Properties, Settings, View
Objects section?
