Have you ever been able to play the games, or is this a new phenomenon?
Do you have WinXP, Win98, or Win95? You must use the IE5 browser, or a
later version.

If this is your first attempt:

- As a test, enter a different game, such as Hearts. Do you see the
tables there? If the problem is only in Spades rooms, delete Spades.dll
and Spadesres.dll in the Spades folder, then reenter the Zone. (With XP
you might need to remove the Zone from Control Panel, Windows
Components, Games section.)

- You need to allow cookies and jscript commands.

- Your graphics card may need to be updated. Run DXDiag and see if it
complains of uncertified drivers; try lowering graphics hardware
acceleration, etc.. Also look at the computer manufacturer site and the
graphics card manufacturer site for different drivers.

- Delete the files in the \ZSetup folder, plus Lobby.exe, LobbyRes.dll.
If still no-go, delete the files in the \Common folder.

If it worked just the other day:

- Zone.zat and the files in the \ZSetup folder have been updated a few
times in the last week. Delete them, then reenter the Zone for fresh
copies.

- Did you add new software, a firewall, router, etc.? Try the many
suggestions shown here:
