Fellow gamer has blocked me

| In the Hearts Jack of diamonds competitice (3) room, a
player threatened me and said he would block me from
entering. He did. I cannot get into the room, yet I can
get into every other hearts room offered. I get
the "Unspecified Error" when attempting to enter this
room. He said he has "hacked" the zone and can and will
block whomever he pleases. I have spent hours rebooting
and trying to sign on using different passports but
apparently he has blocked my IP address, which is always
the same. Can you stop him from blocking me out of the
room? I know I can't stop the threats, but you should
have an interest in disiciplining those who hack your
Zone. Thank you.

No such room.. There are these in the competitive section:
Jack of Diamonds 1 (Variant) 1 players
Jack of Diamonds 2 (Variant) 127 players

| I was referring to #3 Competitive Play JOD Variant 2. =20

not be allowed to block members from the room.
