| Hi, I've recently installed this Chinese game which when I try to run this
game, only the starting screen is displayed. When I click on start new game,
it then return to window. According to the requirement I also need to install
Directx8.1 which I assumed that window xp already have this installed. Also,
eventhough I have NJStar Commnunicator installed, I still can't read the
chinese writing during the set up process/setup window.
Is there bugs on my system or the game is simply not compatible with XP?
This game also have a file call D3DSET.EXE which I suspect it has something
to do with 3D image?
Please HELP!!!!.
Thanks.

Run DXDiag and see if it complains of uncertified drivers; try lowering
graphics and sound hardware acceleration, etc.. Also look at the
computer manufacturer site and the graphics card manufacturer site for
different drivers. Try upgrades, reference drivers, and drivers for
other model cards till you find one that works. Do a search at
http://groups.google.com entering the game and graphics card model for
more suggestions.
Look for drivers and utilities at these sites:
