Here are a couple of things to try:
- Get the updated list of certificates from Windows Update.
- In IE Properties Security tab, click the Internet icon, click "Custom
Level", lower the "Custom Settings" to Medium or Medium-low, click Reset
button.
- Under the Advanced tab, scroll down to Security section, deselect
"Warn about invalid site certificates".
- If prompted to look at the certificate, look at it, install it, then
go on with the install.
