| When taking off tHe aircraft makes uncontrolled climbs and dives. I've tried
reinstalling but no help, anyone?

| Be sure to check the elevator trim. IF the setting is for to too much
"nose high" trim, it aircraft will make what seems to be an uncontrolled
climb right after rotation. This will also happen in a real plane which
is why "set rim to take-off position" is on the before take-off checklist.
